These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Richmond Sleep Products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once we accept it and tell you so. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error — and we will refund anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Jordanian dinars. Delivery charges depend on your city and are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay by card online or in cash on delivery, where offered.

Custom sizes

Products made to a custom size are made to order for you, from the dimensions you give us. Please measure carefully. [Custom-size products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.]

Offers and discounts

Discount codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions and may end at any time. They cannot be combined with each other unless stated. The first-order discount applies once per customer.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Jordan.
