How to delete your data

If you messaged Richmond on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or our website chat, our assistant keeps the conversation so our team can follow up on your question or order. To have your messages and any details you gave us deleted, send a message saying "delete my data" to our Facebook Page or Instagram, or email richmondhomeltd@gmail.com . We delete them within 30 days and confirm when it's done. Orders you placed are kept as long as the law requires for invoices and warranty, and are then deleted.
